Beyoncé will perform during the Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens game live on Netflix on Dec. 25 for the first live performances of her 11-time Grammy-nominated “Cowboy Carter” album. Taking place in Beyoncé‘s hometown of Houston, the Houston Texans will host the Baltimore Ravens at NRG Stadium.
Although the details of her performance are scarce, Beyoncé is expected to welcome special guests who are featured on the “Cowboy Carter” album. It will be produced by Parkwood Entertainment and Jesse Collins Entertainment.
Set for 4:30 p.m. ET, the broadcast will be Netflix’s first-ever NFL Christmas Gameday with the Kansas City Chiefs facing the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1 p.m. ET; then at 4:30 p.m. ET, the Baltimore Ravens will rival the Houston Texans. The Netflix Christmas Day games will air on broadcast TV in the competing team cities and be available on U.S. mobile devices with NFL+.
Netflix made the reveal by posting a promotional photo and video of Beyoncé in a red white and blue leather outfit, keeping the theme she has maintained throughout her “Cowboy Carter” era. The video sees her catching a football atop a car made of roses with a license plate that reads “BRNCNTRY.”
The Texan star is the most nominated act at the 2025 Grammy Awards, racking up 11 nominations for her “Cowboy Carter” album and its attendant singles. With this slate, she becomes the most-nominated artist of all time at the Grammys.
In addition to album of the year and both record and song of the year with “Texas Hold ‘Em,” she also lands in the pop, country, Americana and rap categories. Among her country and Americana nods: “16 Carriages” (best country solo performance), “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus (best country duo/group performance), “Texas Hold ‘Em” (best country song), “Ya Ya” (best Americana performance), and best country album.
