Directors Jackie Decker and Tim Mullen Launch Production Company

“Countdown: Paul vs Tyson” directors and producers Jackie Decker and Tim Mullen have launched Decker & Mullen, a full-service production and post-production company.

The company is a full-service production company that will be positioned to handle all aspects of the creative process, from pre-production all the way through post-production and finishing. Decker & Mullen aims to deliver seamless, end-to-end support for entertainment projects of all sizes and genres.

The duo also collaborated on Netflix’s “NASCAR: Full Speed” series as well as ESPN’s “Quest for the Stanley Cup.”

Decker said, “Our mission is to offer clients a streamlined, fully integrated solution.” She added, “Whether it’s concept development, production, writing, or editing, we handle every step of the process in-house. This ensures not only a faster and more efficient workflow, but also the ability to maintain creative control and deliver results of the highest quality.”

Mullen emphasized the company’s tailored approach. He said, “We’ve been on both sides of the industry—production and post-production—which allows us to deeply understand the unique needs of our clients. At Decker & Mullen, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service while fostering a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where creativity can thrive. We have already been fortunate enough to work alongside such talented partners as EverWonder Studio and Words + Pictures on both ‘Countdown: Paul vs Tyson’ and ‘NASCAR: Full Speed,’ and look forward to advancing these collaborations as well as discovering new ones via this exciting new venture.”

Both have worked across a wide variety of genres, specializing in the world of sports storytelling. “NASCAR: Full Speed” took fans behind the scenes with their favorite drivers as they navigated the playoffs. They share editing experience having edited “Quest for the Stanley Cup,” and have worked with Showtime, Epix, NBC, CBS, ABC, HBO, FOX Films, and the MLB.
