EVA Air launches non-stop service between Taipei and Dallas

EVA Air announced that it will launch non-stop flight services from Taipei’s Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

The new route, which will commence on October 3, 2025, will be serviced by the carrier’s fleet of Boeing B777-300ER.

The launch of EVA Air’s latest route brings the Taiwanese flag carrier’s North American destinations to nine, with Dallas joining: Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), George Bush International Airport (IAH) in Houston , Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), New York’s John F Kennedy Airport (JFK), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Seattle Tacoma Airport (SEA), Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), and Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

EVA Air has been operating cargo service to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since 1998. The airline said that due to the influx of companies in recent years and growth in economy and population, it has seen strong passenger demand for the route.

“The opening of the direct passenger flight to Dallas makes us the only airline in Asia to operate two routes to Texas. As the third largest airport in the world in terms of passenger traffic and transfer to major cities in the United States, Central and South America, having service in this market creates more convenience for our passengers,” EVA AIr President Clay Sun said in a statement.

The three-times weekly flights, which will depart every Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, are set to operate on the following schedules:

● BR50 departing Taipei 19:10 local time arriving Dallas 19:40 local time

● BR49 departing Dallas 22:50 local time arriving  Taipei 04:05 local time two days later
