Originally built in 1926, the property has been transformed into a lavish retreat promising unmatched sophistication throughout its thoughtfully designed public spaces and well-appointed guest rooms and suites. Musso brings nearly a decade of expertise and culinary artistry to Nettuno, pushing the boundaries of Italian cuisine through a menu that marries his deep-rooted Italian heritage with modern techniques and global influences. Through standout dishes such as Gnudi di Ricotta with black truffle or Spaghetti Nero di Seppia al Frutti di Mare with a striking combination of cuttlefish, mussels, shrimp, and chili, Chef Musso masterfully infuses California cuisine with classic Italian fare to create one-of-a-kind flavors.
