Organizers of FlightSimExpo 2025 report that initial registration was the biggest in the event’s history.
More than 500 people have already registered to attend the expo, which is slated June 27-29, at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, just outside of Boston.
“We’re thrilled and grateful for the strong early support,” says Flight Simulation Association’s Evan Reiter, a long-time flight simmer and one of show’s organizers.
He noted that early registration prices are available until March 1.
He added that there are also online options for those who can’t attend the expo in person.
Call for Speakers
Individuals and organizations are invited to host a talk during FlightSimExpo’s Weekend Community Seminars, officials said.
The talks are designed for experienced flight simmers, pilots, and aviation enthusiasts to share their knowledge and expertise. Previous events have included presentations and panels from content creators, PC building experts, developers, virtual airlines, and more.
Anyone can apply to speak at the show, according to officials. Go to FlightSimExpo.com/Speak to submit your proposed topic.
Topics are selected based on voting from registered attendees in March.
FlightSimExpo is one of the world’s largest flight simulation conventions. The event has welcomed more than 7,500 attendees to events in Las Vegas, Orlando, San Diego, and Houston since 2018.
FlightSimExpo is produced by the Flight Simulation Association, a community-driven organization of developers, simmers, and pilots working to make it easier to get started in home flight simulation, organizers explain.
