Insignia by Avianca is the new Business Class experience on Boeing 787 Dreamliner flights to and from Europe, with a proposal highlighting comfort and exclusivity in every detail.

One of the main attributes of Insignia by Avianca is the Business Class flatbed seats, which, in addition to allowing for a recline of 180 degrees, offer greater privacy and space during the flight and access to the entertainment system on integrated 16-inch screens.

Gastronomy also occupies a privileged place in this experience, with a menu available on all flights from Bogotá to Europe and created by Colombian chefs Álvaro Clavijo and Catalina Vélez, recognized in the most recent version of The Best Chef Awards.

Through this collaboration, both chefs pay tribute to local flavors and ingredients using haute cuisine techniques for a unique dining experience at 36,000 feet above sea level.

Additionally, as part of the comfort elements, an amenity kit is delivered with collectible cases that have been designed by the Mola Sasa brand, with the support of the Gunadule indigenous community, and Loto del Sur products, thus elevating well-being onboard.

“Insignia by Avianca is a proposal that goes beyond luxury and comfort; it is also a platform to exalt Colombia’s and Latin America’s best gastronomic talent, culture and biodiversity,” said Manuel Ambriz, chief commercial officer of Avianca.

“We have designed an experience that redefines our Business Class service to and from Europe, in a unique intersection between innovation and tradition.”
