May 4 (Reuters) – The Israeli military said it had attempted to intercept a missile launched from Yemen towards Israel, according to a statement on Sunday.
Sirens were activated in Tel Aviv and other areas in the country, with the military saying that attempts to intercept were made with results of interception under review.

It said it had received reports of a fallen projectile in central Israel without providing an exact location.
