KLM, the leading airline of the Netherlands is taking a further step in enhancing onboard experience by trialling Buy On Board service for the first time. This initiative will be launched on three routes — Porto, Lisbon, and Oslo — as part of a Proof of Concept (PoC) in collaboration with Immfly, a global leader in digital onboard solutions. 

This landmark collaboration underscores Immfly’s commitment to delivering advanced digital ecosystems that enhance passenger experiences, optimize airline operations, and generate new revenue opportunities.

Back Office: A comprehensive back-end system offering centralized management and actionable insights for airline administrators. The back office streamlines inventory management, sales monitoring, and reporting while providing data-driven analytics to optimize operations and reduce waste. 

End-to-End Payment Management: Immfly’s robust payment solution that is PCI DSS 4.0 certified, supports various methods, enabling fast, secure, and reliable transactions. With advanced reconciliation and fraud prevention measures, airlines can reduce declined payments by up to 90% and maximize revenue per passenger.
