In keeping with the Mexican tradition of celebrating special moments through food, Armony Marival’s M Moment is a special Zarandeado Ceremony – a renowned 500-year old tradition, whereby fish is grilled over hot coals in a wood-fired oven. Guests are invited to discover local fishing experiences in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, followed by visiting Cercado del Mar with the hotel chef to choose the fish of the day and finally, watch as it is expertly prepared through traditional Zarandeodo. The evening concludes with a stargazing experience guided by an astronomer.
