Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud, has been awarded Best Property Management System winning the coveted title for the second year running. Atomize, which was acquired by Mews in November, secured third place in the Revenue Management Systems category.
The awards, run by Hotel Tech Report, are the most prestigious in hospitality, and it is the third time overall that Mews has been named Best PMS.
“Winning Best PMS two years in a row shows that people are embracing an exciting new era of hospitality.” said Richard Valtr, Mews founder. “Hospitality is a uniquely human industry, and the reason for our lasting success is all the amazing humans that are part of the Mews community. That includes not only our hugely talented team, but also our technology partners and ambitious hoteliers who all work tirelessly to create remarkable experiences for staff and guests.”
The HotelTechAwards are determined by a combination of factors, including customer reviews, partner recommendations, integrations and global reach. This year, Mews received a 100 HT Score, the highest possible result, and the same score it achieved in 2024.
Jordan Hollander, CEO at HotelTechReport.com, added: “Mews winning its second consecutive HotelTechAward for Best PMS cements its status as a generational leader in hotel technology. Known for its powerful automation, seamless integrations and user-friendly design, Mews empowers hoteliers to streamline operations and scale with ease. Coupled with exceptional customer support and continuous innovation, Mews has proven itself indispensable to the future of hospitality technology.”
Mews POS was also a finalist in the Point-of-Sale category, finishing third place. This is the first time that Mews POS has been featured in the awards, which reflects rapid product development over the last 12 months. The solution has been instrumental in streamlining F&B experiences for staff and guests in over 1,000 properties, with praise for features like digital ordering (and tipping), ingredient-level inventory, embedded payments and smart reporting.
“I’m delighted to see both Mews POS and Atomize RMS recognized as industry leaders,” said Matt Welle, CEO at Mews. “Our aim was always to build a truly integrated solution that could compete with specialists, and kudos to our team for achieving exactly that. We’re always looking to innovate, and we’re excited to bring new features to market this year.”
The awards follow a transformational year of growth for Mews, which raised $110 million in additional funding, oversaw four acquisitions and struck new partnerships with brands including BWH Hotels, Small Luxury Hotels of the World ™ and Lark Hotels. Mews was also named as one of The Best Places to Work in hospitality technology for the second year running.
