Customers eligible for Air France’s SkyPriority can expect a more spacious check-in area with better technology at Terminal 2E of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG).
The French flag carrier said the area has been redesigned to provide a faster experience for customers, streamlining their check-in process.
Featuring new architecture and design, the refurbished check-in facility represents the airline’s continuing “upmarket move,” Air France said.
Air France agents will be available in the new area to assist customers with their check-in process throughout their airport journey, while the self-service area has been expanded and, by November 2025, it will be equipped with automatic gates.
There are now also dedicated lines for Flying Blue Ultimate customers, Air France concierge travelers, and passengers with disabilities.
Flying Blue members with Silver status and above, as well as passengers in the La Première, Business and Premium cabins, will have priority lane privileges throughout the airport, at check-in, baggage drop-off and delivery, checkpoints and boarding.
Air France has recently unveiled its La Premiere first class cabin with generous space and minimalist white accents. The cabin is currently available on flights from Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) to Abidjan, Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Tokyo and Washington DC.
