As part of this agreement, G&S SatCom will deliver the first of its kind AI platform to refine Intelsat’s multi-orbit service offering. Customers will see usability, resilience and efficiency gains from this technology introduction as early as mid-2025.
This collaboration will enable seamless multi-orbit service management, including Intelsat’s geostationary satellites (GEO) and low-earth orbit (LEO) network partners, across various technologies through advanced orchestration and automation.

AI-driven innovation will further enhance this transformation by introducing an AI virtual agent, enabling more self-service capabilities, faster and simpler onboarding for new customers, and multilingual support. Additionally, live AI-powered support chat will speed up issue resolution by excellently transferring complex cases directly to support engineers, ensuring swift and effective responses across all verticals.
Fully integrated into Intelsat’s technology ecosystem, these AI-driven advances will lead to higher levels of automation and efficiency at scale. The partnership reinforces Intelsat’s commitment to investing in innovative solutions that enhance its multi-orbit strategy — further aligning with its recent investments in Greenerwave for smart multiorbit terminals and hiSky for strategic IIoT connectivity solutions.
