Rolls-Royce and CirculAIRity have signed a letter of intent and will be working together on their joint commitment to energy transition.
The two organisations will be promoting Rolls-Royce technology, with CirculAIRity synthetic fuels, as a strategic national capability for civil and military aviation.
Jointly they will be advocating for synthetic fuels as a fundamental enabler for the decarbonisation of fuels for aerospace applications.
Opportunities are also being evaluated to explore and extend the relationship between CirculAIRity with the broader Rolls-Royce group technology portfolio.
This reinforces engine-maker Rolls-Royce’s commitment to energy transition and illustrates the CirculAIRity approach to developing synthetic sustainable fuel is an essential part of a national energy security strategy.
