The series takes place in the aftermath of “Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan,” picking up with Khan and his followers after they’re left stranded on the desolate planet Ceti Alpha V by Captain Kirk.

How did Khan go from a beneficent tyrant and superhuman visionary with a new world at his fingertips to the monster we think we know so well? Recently unearthed, the rest of Khan’s story will finally be told.”

The series is produced by CBS’ Eye Podcast Productions Inc., Secret Hideout, and Rodenberry Entertainment. Executive producers include Beyer, Alex Kurtzman, and Rod Roddenberry.
