Registrations are now being accepted for Camp CAVU, an immersive five-day aviation camp designed for youth ages 14 to 18, which offers aspiring aviators the opportunity to explore the world of flight through a hands-on, educational experience.
Campers will participate in a comprehensive aviation program that includes:
Four hours of flight time with certified instructors
Flight simulator training
Aviation books and pilot supplies
Online ground school
Airport tours and special aviation-related activities
Two camp sessions are available: June 23-June 27 and July 7-July 11, 2025.
Cost: $2,000.
CAMP CAVU is located at Crosswind Aviation, Gillespie County Airport (T82) in Fredericksburg, Texas. Lodging is available for out-of-town participants.
