Purchased by the Inwood Hotels group in 2023, this long-standing 5-star establishment and member of Relais & Châteaux, has been transformed to welcome or welcome back fans of the Cap d’Antibes as of spring 2025.

Amarines by Mauro Colagreco is inspired by the Mediterranean, the abundance of local produce and the idea of casting o everyday stresses. Here, the place of honour is reserved for the changing seasons and their ability to give us simple, sublime, local produce sourced from responsible farming and shing. The Villa Miraé’s agship restaurant seats some fty guests who all bene t from the genial terrace. Clearly reminding its guests of nature’s bounty, the creative cuisine is distinctive and never fails to tickle the taste-buds.The fruit of the changing seasons, along with the taste of the Mediterranean, are both evident in the chef’s creativity revealing the essence of local maritime and coastal treasures.
