Health and wellness brand Ritual has dropped a new sleep study, just in time for a Black Friday sale on its popular line of stress relief supplements.
Beloved by celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens, Kelsea Ballerini, Jessica Chastain, and Megan Roup, Ritual has long been known for its skincare and gut health supplements, but the brand’s newest release aims to promote better, more natural sleep.

Available in an easy-to-take capsule format, Ritual’s BioSeries Melatonin promises to “support the natural cycle of sleep-wake patterns.” The so-called 3-in-1 capsules feature three tiny tablets that release melatonin through the night.
According to Ritual’s latest study, the 1mg of instant release melatonin in the first tablet was clinically shown to reduce the time it took users to fall asleep by 43%. The second tablet releases 3mg of melatonin and Ritual’s report says it helped to “support better deep sleep patterns.” The third tablet releases 1mg of extended melatonin that tapers off by the morning. Ritual’s testing says its Sleep BioSeries Melatonin was “clinically shown to help [users] wake up fresh and rested with no rebound effects.”
Reviewers seem to concur, with shoppers noting that they “woke up feeling refreshed and had more energy.” Another reviewer writes that the capsules helped her “get relaxed enough to fall asleep, but it also helps me stay asleep.”
