Cassandra Bujarski has joined UTA as its Chief Communications Officer. In her new role, Bujarski will oversee UTA’s global communications strategy, reporting to UTA CEO Jeremy Zimmer and working closely with the company’s leadership team to elevate UTA’s mission. Bujarski joins UTA from FGS Global, a preeminent communications and public affairs firm, where she served as Partner and Head of the Los Angeles office.
For more than 20 years, Bujarski has been an advisor to Fortune 500 public and private companies in the entertainment, media, and technology sectors. During her tenure at FGS, Bujarski developed and executed long-term corporate positioning and media relations programs and provided strategic communications counsel to clients in connection with a variety of financial transactions and special situations, including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, crises, and litigation. Her clients have included 21st Century FOX, Activision Blizzard, Wynn, MGM, Viacom, Beats Electronics, Snap Inc., Sonos, Vizio and Bumble.
“Cassandra’s wealth of experience and varied skill set make her the ideal person to lead our company’s communications during a pivotal time of growth and innovation. Her deep expertise in shaping communication strategies and navigating critical issues for some of the most influential brands in entertainment, media, and tech will be invaluable as we continue to position UTA on the global stage,” Zimmer said.
“I am thrilled to be joining UTA, a company renowned for its creativity, innovation, and client-first approach,” said Bujarski. “I look forward to partnering with Jeremy and the incredibly talented team at UTA to build a world-class communications function and amplify the company’s leading position at such a transformative moment for the entertainment, sports, and media industries.”
Bujarski joins UTA during a time of significant growth for the agency. UTA’s multi-year expansion strategy has included diversification through several acquisitions and international moves. The company acquired ROOF football (currently part of KLUTCH Sports) in 2024, opened expansive new offices in London in 2023, and became the first major U.S. talent agency to acquire a top European talent firm in the U.K.’s Curtis Brown Group in 2022.
