Ternelia Les Grands Massifs a French chain of holiday residences, recently completed a comprehensive digital overhaul by adopting Mews, enabling them to streamline operations and improve guest experiences. Known for offering stays in some of France’s most beautiful locations, they had struggled with a system plagued by connectivity issues that often slowed down or even disrupted operations.

The team have achieved an impressive 24% online check-in rate, reducing on-site queues and giving staff more time to engage with guests. Thanks to the user-friendly Mews Booking Engine, 26% of guests upgraded their stay during online check-in, generating additional revenue with just a few clicks.

The implementation of Mews Payments brought heightened security and reduced administrative workloads. Chargebacks dropped to a mere 0.0063%, and the Ternelia Les Grands Massifs team no longer struggles with manual data entry or chasing payments. They also fully integrated their F&B operations with Mews POS, an all-in-one mobile platform designed for hotel restaurants. The easy configuration and user-friendly design have made it a favorite among staff, simplifying their tasks and boosting overall efficiency.
