Paris – Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud, helped Ternelia Les Grands Massifs modernize their hotel management operations and save time on nearly 100% of their tasks.
Ternelia Les Grands Massifs a French chain of holiday residences, recently completed a comprehensive digital overhaul by adopting Mews, enabling them to streamline operations and improve guest experiences. Known for offering stays in some of France’s most beautiful locations, they had struggled with a system plagued by connectivity issues that often slowed down or even disrupted operations.
“The switch from the old system to Mews felt like a leap from the past into the future,” said Arnaud Stomboli, General Manager at Ternelia Les Grands Massifs. “It is the heart of our system, but its connectivity with other tools makes it incredibly powerful. Mews is the perfect blend of flexibility and efficiency.”
He added, “Thanks also to HDC Hospitality for the quality support and guidance throughout our 18 months of digital transformation. The quality of the HDC Hospitality team allowed us to select the right technology partners and ensured successful project management.”
With Mews, Ternelia Les Grands Massifs has succeeded in automating processes and enhancing communication across departments. The team have achieved an impressive 24% online check-in rate, reducing on-site queues and giving staff more time to engage with guests. Thanks to the user-friendly Mews Booking Engine, 26% of guests upgraded their stay during online check-in, generating additional revenue with just a few clicks.
The implementation of Mews Payments brought heightened security and reduced administrative workloads. Chargebacks dropped to a mere 0.0063%, and the Ternelia Les Grands Massifs team no longer struggles with manual data entry or chasing payments. They also fully integrated their F&B operations with Mews POS, an all-in-one mobile platform designed for hotel restaurants. The easy configuration and user-friendly design have made it a favorite among staff, simplifying their tasks and boosting overall efficiency.
“Mews Payments has provided genuine security for our customers. Beyond the technical improvements, we’ve also expanded our international reach and visibility,” said Céline Davienne, Sales Director at Ternelia Les Grands Massifs.
“Mews is proud to support Ternelia Les Grands Massifs in their journey towards operational excellence and better guest experiences,” said Matt Welle, CEO of Mews. “Their story is a great example of how the right technology can genuinely transform hospitality businesses.”
Mews has an expanding customer base in France, spanning five-star luxury hotels, economy groups, long-stay accommodations, and city-center hostels. Recent additions include Kley Group, Maison Mère, The Pichet Group, and VINCI Immobilier Résidences Gérées.
There are plenty of opportunities to meet the Mews team in France throughout the coming months. They will be at EquipHotel Paris from 3-7 November, as well as touring six key cities in their L’Apéro des Hôteliers roadshow. Find more details here:
